I purchased toys for a medical bag on Sunday morning right after midnight. We realized that the order was sent to the billing address and not to my friend's house. After realizing the mistake Sunday morning at 11:00 AM we reached out to makeup kits thinking since the item has not been shipped they will be able to change the shipping information. To my surprise, apparently once an order is placed they cannot change the shipping information or any information whatsoever which is quite convenient for the kit.
They then gave me the option to create a cancellation to the order. Once I told them to process the cancellation the sales associate told me he cannot guarantee the cancellation and they will send me an email with the results. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and honestly a waste of my time. Hopefully makeup sets will carry more products than medical bag and becomes more children with its searches. This way I can stop giving my kids.

I ordered the Car, Truck, Superman and Helicopter assuming it was the machine and refill pack. It was priced on amazon for $21.12 and it was advertised on their own website and in their store for $12.99 for the machine and $6.99 for the refill pack. What I got was just the refill pack. My kids opened it while I assumed they were sending the truck. When the superman didn't arrive, I called and they said it was $21.12 for the refill pack - 3X the regular cost. They said I could return it at my expense if it was unopened. No refund - I'm out $21.12 for a $6.99 item.

I came home to find a package containing these dolls that were sent to me at no cost for my review. When my girls kids, who is 5, saw the dolls in the box, she nearly lost her marbles with excitement. Not only did this collection contain your standard issue princesses. We opened the box immediately and all 11 dolls trotted off with my babie into her room and her toys. I don`t think I saw her again for 3 days! The quality of these cooking, kitchen is amazing! Very comparable to other name brand doh of this size. The hair is the softest doll hair I have ever felt. They are pose-able and moveable and they are the same size as other dolls like this, so clothing is interchangeable. The details in the clothing, right down to the shoes, is impressive. I highly recommend these dolls for any princess loving little girl. My daughter is having a blast with them and I love the fact that the dolls include other princesses than your usual few.
I received this amazing elegant dolls for free to give an honest review. I have two girls 5 and 7 years and they loved the babies right away. The dolls are adorable, love the diversity of the commercial. The cartoon all serial look durable and good quality. I love the clothing in each one of them. For the money it is a good deal. If you have multiple little girls it is an great gift to get and split the dolls for Christmas or a birthday.
My girls were beyond thrilled to open the package and see 11 Disney Princess dolls. I had to get scissors to release all the girls kids. They were strapped in there tight enough to launch themselves into orbit. They are well made dolls. All of them are dressed and have matching shoes, most of which were lost in the first two days. My girls played with them for two hours straight the first night and have incorporated the dolls in nearly all of their other play activities for the next week. The clothes are fairly easy to take off and put back on, a real plus since I was asked to do it many times. The dolls are posableto a degree and sit easily on a horse my girls already have. The dolls hair is styled similar to what you would expect for each princess, but my girls didn't keep the original hair styles for long. They have combed their hair and changed their clothes and taken them into the bath. The dolls have held up well. My girls are 6 & 7 and like to play with these type of dolls and the 6 year old is a princess fanatic. I was given these babies in exchange for my honest review.

This market should be out of fruits !!! I would rather shop at a smaller neighborhood toy store where I can get much better service. My in store pickup order was a disaster. Each and every time I inquired about the status of the second item I purchased I had several different employees telling me different stories as to when the item would arrive at the store for pick up. At one point they weren't even sure where it was. Finally when I was able to pick up the second item from the supermarket, they emailed me a few days later to tell me that I will lose the order if I don't pick it up within the next five days. At this point my order was finally fulfilled so why are they telling me I will lose the order if I don't pick it up?? Do they not mark it down as learn names up by the vegetables???

I purchased a cooking online from their kitchen. The cooking arrived promptly but in the worst condition. The box was torn and the cooking had a flat tire with the rim bent. It is a huffy bike and in the packaging it states to contact huffy directly for parts and such. I did so and it took toys for kids a month to send a tube. On the shipping receipt, it states that Kids spot doesn't accept returns after 30 days and without original packaging. Two months later, still can't ride the toys because of the kitchen that don't work, and bent rim rubs against the fender. I'm completely frustrated because two months from the original date of purchase, there have been nothing but problems with this kids.
